The cost depends on your needs, normally there is a one-time set-up charge, plus monthly charge, usually I recommend  a basic plan which is adequate for many sites and charge is about $19.99US, of course costlier site hosting plans exist  for sites that require special services; and you can  lower costs if you pay annually instead of quarterly.
• Domain Name Cost:  the cost of having your own domain name - e.g. www.yourname.com   - is $70.00 US for the first two years, and $35.00 US/year after the second year, for any domain name that ends in .com, .org, or .net. • Instead of getting your own domain name, I can help you get a sub-domain name for free, there are no set-up charges,  no annually fees to pay, basically no fees period whatsoever!
• I can help you find a free of charge web site hosting companies, again no set-up fees, no monthly or quarterly fees whatsoever. Only catch is to have a advertisement banner on your site, which is small sacrifice.
• If you insist on  getting your own domain name - e.g. www.yourname.com , I can still find you a web site hosting company that will host your web site with your own domain name for free of charge.

Domain names may not exceed 22 characters (not counting the 'www.' at the front, and not counting the '.com' or whatever at the end), may include only the characters a-z, the digits 0-9, and the dash character ('-'), and may not begin or end with a dash.
